Our Tattoo removal memberships offer the convenience of automated monthly payments as well as a significant discount over the “pay as you go” payment method. Membership pricing is for Tattoos that are 1″x1″ (think finger or toe) up to 8″ x 8″. For Tattoos larger than 8″x8″ or multiple tattoos, a consultation is required to determine the member rate. If more than one tattoo, multiple memberships is required. Length of membership will be determined upon consultation and will be equal to the number of estimated treatments according to the universally accepted Kirby-Desai Tattoo Removal Scale.

Terms & Conditions

• Credit/Debit Card is required for membership
• Payment for the first treatment must be paid at time of membership. Monthly membership fee will begin the following month on the same day of the month each month. (ex. Signup Jan 5, payment will be on the February 5th and each month following until the end of the term of membership)
• Membership begins on the day you sign up and will end on the last day of the month of your final payment.
• Membership can be canceled at any time with a 30-day written notice, but you will be charged an early cancellation fee equal to the amount of one month’s membership.
• Tattoo removal treatments cannot be scheduled less than 8 weeks apart to allow for complete healing from the previous treatment.
• Multiple tattoos cannot be combined as one – multiple memberships is required
• Spa Cancellation Policy Applies to all no show and late cancellation appointments (see spa cancellation policy for details).
