Shannon Bass

Spa Director & Owner

Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Weber State University and a Master of Arts in Communication and Leadership from Seton Hall University. Her career began in education administration, where she developed a deep passion for leadership, growth, and empowering others.

Her journey into the aesthetic industry began when she stepped into the role of school director at a beauty college—a transition that was both unexpected and transformative. What started as unfamiliar quickly became a calling, as Shannon developed a deep respect for the artistry, dedication, and impact of the beauty industry.

Shannon believes that the work done at ReJuvU goes far beyond aesthetics—it's about confidence, connection, and helping people feel like the best version of themselves.

This belief is the foundation of ReJuvU Beauty Haven. Shannon is passionate about building a team that prioritizes both relationships and results, creating an experience where every guest feels valued, confident, and cared for.

Dr. Clay Bass

Medical Director & Owner

Dr. Bass, the dynamic owner and Medical Director of ReJuvU Beauty Haven, is the magic hands behind all our Botox and dermal filler treatments. He ensures every aspect of our medical spa services is top-notch.

Graduating from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 1991, Dr. Bass went on an adventure as a former Naval Flight Surgeon with Marine F18 squadrons for four thrilling years after completing an internship in Internal Medicine at Portsmouth Naval Hospital. After his military service, he dove into a residency in Emergency Medicine at Louisiana State University Medical Center.

Dr. Bass is a fellow with the American College of Emergency Physicians. With over 30 years of experience as a board-certified emergency physician, Dr. Bass brings unparalleled expertise to our spa. His passion for the beauty industry was sparked when he joined Shannon at the beauty college as their medical director, and he’s been transforming lives ever since.

Noelle Chapman

Guest Relations & Social Media

Hello there! I’m Noelle, your go-to person for guest relations and social media. I’m a huge lover of all things beauty and have always loved experimenting with skincare and hope to pursue a career in esthetics as a master esthetician in the next few years.

Beyond my professional role, you’ll often find me embracing the great outdoors, soaking in the beauty of nature whenever I can. I am also a huge bookworm and have my nose in a book whenever I get the chance to! Dance has also been a huge part of my life, I have been dancing at Shaw Dance Studio for 18 years and was on the Syracuse High School drill team where I was a drill officer my senior year!

Bree Kitchens

Spa Manager & Master Esthetician

Bree is an amazingly passionate master esthetician. She is excited every day to help our guests achieve their skin care goals. Ever since she can remember Bree has been in love with all thing’s beauty. Upon starting esthetic’s school, she knew immediately that she made the right choice – esthetics was her calling.

Bree loves to help everyone feel beautiful and confident in their own skin because that’s what beauty is all about. When she’s not in the spa she enjoys exploring new places with her husband and fur babies (Tucker & Stella the beautiful mini golden doodles). Bree is eager to meet new people, build relationships, and loves educating our guests on all things esthetic. She is exceptionally talented in her guidance and is inspired by helping guests achieve their goals.
