Dr. Bass brings over 30 years of medical experience to ReJuvU Beauty Haven, combining advanced clinical expertise with a passion for helping patients feel confident in their own skin.
A board-certified emergency physician and former Naval Flight Surgeon, he has built his career on precision, safety, and patient-centered care—foundations that guide every treatment he performs.
Dr. Bass performs all injectable treatments at ReJuvU, applying a deep understanding of facial anatomy and a meticulous approach to achieve natural, balanced results that enhance—not change—each patient’s features.
Patients appreciate his calm, detail-oriented approach and commitment to delivering safe, natural-looking results.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Bass enjoys time with his family and remains dedicated to lifelong learning and continued service.
Shannon Bass

For Shannon, medical aesthetics goes far beyond surface-level beauty. It is an intentional practice centered on helping people feel deeply confident, empowered, and entirely like themselves. By leveraging her distinct background in psychology, communication, and organizational leadership, she brings a thoughtful, highly personalized approach to patient care—one rooted in absolute trust, transparent education, and meaningful results.
Shannon's journey into the aesthetics industry began in the elite beauty education space, where she discovered a true passion for fostering personal growth and self-assurance in others. What started as an unexpected career pivot quickly evolved into a lifelong calling to change how patients experience clinical rejuvenation. As the co-owner and operational architect of ReJuvu Beauty Haven, she curates our warm, boutique atmosphere and manages our practice architecture, empowering Dr. Bass to focus entirely on clinical precision and advanced facial artistry.
Outside of directing the clinic, Shannon maximizes her time with her family, loves traveling to new destinations, and remains deeply dedicated to personal growth and building meaningful community connections across Davis County.

Bree is a passionate Master Esthetician dedicated to helping every patient feel confident, cared for, and deeply supported on their clinical skin health journey. She believes true radiance stems from localized education and advanced self-care, taking immense pride in building strong, trust-based relationships while providing thoughtful, medical-grade skin treatments.
As our Spa Manager, Bree infuses both operational leadership and clinical expertise into the ReJuvU Beauty Haven team. She curates an environment that is welcoming, highly professional, and strictly results-driven. Bree is widely recognized for her advanced ability to connect with patients, guiding them toward meaningful, long-term structural skin changes. From laser treatments to RF microneedling and chemical peels Bree has the expertise to help you achieve your goals.
Outside of the clinic, Bree enjoys exploring new places with her husband and spending quality time with her two mini goldendoodles, Tucker and Stella.
Noelle Chapman

Noelle is passionate about creating a welcoming, personalized experience where every guest feels comfortable, cared for, and confident in their own skin.
As part of the ReJuvU team, she plays an integral role in guest relations and social media, helping create meaningful connections and ensuring every visit feels supportive and seamless.
Inspired by the confidence she saw in others, Noelle began her journey into aesthetics to expand her ability to serve clients. She is a licensed esthetician and continues her education through ReJuvU’s Apprentice Program as she works toward her Master Esthetician certification.
Outside of the spa, Noelle enjoys spending time outdoors, getting lost in a good book, and dancing—something she has loved and trained in for many years.
Shantay Lowell
Master Esthetician
Shantay is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, radiant skin through personalized, results-driven treatments. As a licensed master esthetician and certified acne expert with Face Reality Skincare, she specializes in corrective skincare and customized plans designed to build confidence from the inside out.
She loves combining advanced treatments like laser and microneedling with client education, helping each person better understand their skin and long-term skincare goals.
Outside of ReJuvU, Shantay is a proud mom to her two boys, Cooper and Hank. She’s rarely without her Diet Coke with coconut and is passionate about advocating for dwarfism and Type 1 diabetes awareness—bringing warmth, positivity, and purpose to everything she does.
