What You Need to Know

  • What Happens to My Current Rewards?

    Any available cash rewards remaining in the Radiance Rewards app as of July 31, 2026, will automatically be transferred to your Boulevard account. You will still be able to redeem those rewards just as you always have.

  • Will my membership change?

    No. Your membership benefits, pricing, and personalized care will remain the same. The only change is that your membership will now be managed through Boulevard instead of RepeatMD.

  • Why do I need to provide my credit card again?

    For your security and privacy, RepeatMD cannot transfer your payment information to Boulevard. Our team will contact you during July to securely update the credit card associated with your membership. This is the only action most members will need to take during the transition.

  • I received a cancellation email from RepeatMD. Was my membership canceled?

    No. As part of the transition, RepeatMD will send a cancellation notification when your membership is removed from their system. This simply means your membership has been transferred to Boulevard. Your membership remains active, and all of your membership benefits continue without interruption.
