Our laser hair removal membership is $59 for the first area and $45 for each additional area. Full body is $200. The term of the membership is 18 months for a total of 12 treatments spaced every 4, 6 or 8 weeks depending on the area and the hair growth cycle.

Tattoo Removal Membership

Our Tattoo removal membership offers the convenience of automated monthly payments as well as significant savings over the "pay as you go" payment option. Length of membership is estimated during your personal consultation using the Kirby-Desai Scale Calculator.
Pricing for membership ranges from $35 (x-small) up to $185 (X-large) per month. Tattoos larger than 8"x8" start $250 and require a consultation for accurate pricing.
Treatments for tattoo removal are every 8 weeks.

ReJuvU Beauty Haven offers personalized med spa memberships and medically supervised weight loss programs in Layton, Utah. Whether you’re looking for ongoing aesthetic savings or professional weight loss support using Semaglutide or Tirzepatide, our memberships are designed to deliver real results with expert care.
**Member savings apply exclusively to regular-priced treatments and skincare products. Injections are excluded unless explicitly stated otherwise. These savings cannot be combined with any other specials or discounts.
Terms & Conditions
- A credit/debit card is required for membership.
- Member’s credit card will be charged on the same day of each month and added to your “banked” value.
- There is no borrowing from future months.
- Savings apply to regular priced services and skin care products only – including injections.
- Member savings cannot be combined with other saving promptions
- Savings do not apply to package pricing, series pricing, treatment enhancements or other memberships.
- Memberships are non-transferable or shareable.
- Memberships can be canceled anytime with 30 day written notice. All “banked” funds can either be used at that time, stored for future use, or put on a gift card. No cash refunds will be given.
- Cancellation of membership prior to term commitment will result in an early cancellation fee equal to the members monthly membership fee. If banking membership, these funds are NOT added to your bank.
- Membership Savings and Benefits expire immediately upon cancellation of membership. (Banking Member Benefits & Savings will expire 30 days from membership cancellation.)
- Cancellation Policy applies to all scheduled appointments (Cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50 percent of the original cost of the scheduled service. Guests who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.) Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card on file and cannot be taken from your banked funds.
